You can cancel or change an order within 24 hours of placing it.

You are not entitled to a refund unless you meet the following criteria:

Your purchase was not delivered at all.
You have received a defective or incorrect product.
Not even a day has passed since you placed your order!

If the product you received is not the one you purchased, you have 2 days to return it after receiving your order. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us and we will replace it.
